Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the original purchase are the responsibility of the buyer. To ensure seamless transactions, a preferred shipping vendor and account number must be provided in the user profile. If no shipping information is provided, shipments will be labeled as "collect" upon arrival.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are determined based on the nature of the return:

1. Incorrect Product Received: If the product received differs from the one ordered, 3C Distribution will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement product.

2. Damaged in Transit: If the product is damaged during shipping and proof is provided, 3C Distribution will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement product.

3. Incorrect Product Ordered: If the wrong product was ordered by the customer, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of both the return and the replacement product. Restocking fees (10%-25%, depending on the product) will also apply.
